William has spent the last 5 years in the United Kingdom carrying out complex mathematical and modelling analysis to support long term asset management strategies along with developing linear optimisation-based decision support tools. In the process William has developed skills and experience in complex problem solving, failure and consequence modelling, asset deterioration analysis, monetised risk modelling, cost/benefit analysis, investment planning, asset and portfolio level asset management, data and model validation.
