Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager (Part time)

Edison is growing and we are looking for a passionate Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager to join our friendly team.

Based in any of our Edison offices (Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington or Christchurch) and offering work flexibility, 20 hours per week.

Do you have what it takes to succeed?

We are looking for a passionate Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager.

You will have a key role in overseeing quality, health and safety activities and documentation within Edison and lead the environment programme. You will provide expert health and safety leadership and advice across the business (including advising the Chief Executive and management team) and confidently identify and mitigate health and safety risks.

You should have:

  • Proven experience working in the QHSE profession.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead health and safety initiatives, audits, programmes.
  • Experience in maintaining ISO certification.
  • Experience with Health and Safety management systems, incident investigation, auditing procedures.
  • Proven ability to grow and sustain effective business relationships.
  • The ability to work autonomously, in a planned and organised manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An eye for detail.
  • A passion for quality, health, safety and the environment.
