Strengthening Design Leadership as Edison appoints Rebecca Tjaberings General Manager Design

Edison Consulting Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Rebecca Tjaberings to the newly created role of General Manager Design.

The establishment of this role reflects the strategic importance of Edison’s Design service and the need for dedicated leadership as the business continues to grow across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

As General Manager Design, Rebecca will lead Edison’s Design strategy and service, with a focus on developing our people, strengthening capability, and ensuring excellent client outcomes. The role supports enhanced design collaboration across our advisory, project delivery, commissioning and technical services.

Rebecca is a seasoned senior leader with more than 18 years of experience in the energy sector. She has a career background in large-scale consultancy environments and is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer.

Michael Prance says the appointment reflects Edison’s commitment to developing leaders from within the business.
