The Board of Edison Consulting Group is pleased to confirm the appointment of Michael Prance as our Interim Chief Executive until a permanent Chief Executive is appointed.
Michael joined Edison in June 2023 and is an integral part of the leadership team. He has held senior roles in the New Zealand Electrical Industry for more than 15 years. The Board has complete confidence in his capability to lead Edison through this transition and continue driving our business forward.
In his announcement, Board Chair Craig Hattle expressed, "Edison is fortunate to benefit from such a strong leadership team, enabling us to appoint Michael to this role. His appointment ensures continuity and brings an exceptionally experienced leader to guide us during this interim period.”
