Vaughan leads Edison’s finance function and drives continuous improvement across internal systems and business processes. With over a decade of experience in accounting, financial operations, and business partnering, he has worked in large corporate environments in New Zealand and, more recently, with technology start-ups in Germany.
Vaughan brings deep expertise in delivering financial insights and transforming finance functions to support strategic growth. He has completed his Chartered Accountancy (CAANZ) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Commercial Law, Economics, and Taxation.
