Raymond is General Manager Project Delivery (North). He is a senior programme and project delivery leader with over 20 years’ experience across the utilities, energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure sectors in New Zealand and internationally. He specialises in connecting strategy and planning with practical delivery, helping clients achieve safe, well-governed and successful outcomes.
Raymond brings strong capability in programme and portfolio management, asset management, and procurement and commercial leadership within the energy and public sector environments. He has worked closely with asset owners to align capital investment, lifecycle planning, and operational requirements, ensuring asset strategies are translated into effective and efficient delivery.
Experienced, leading significant capital works programmes and teams, with a strong focus on quality, safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement, he is known for his collaborative and people-focused leadership style. Raymond builds trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders and supports high-performing teams to deliver enduring value for organisations and the communities they serve.
